BRAD Reid (Coach)

Been part of Ashton Athletic for 18years.  Represented the first team in the Manchester League and North West Counties.  Played for Wigan Athletic at School boy level but was unfortunately released at the age of 15 after a broken leg.  Went on to play for Leigh RMI, Atherton Collieries, Ashton Town and Finally onto Ashton Athletic.  At the age of 33 his career came to an end after a serious groin injury.  In 2006 set up the U7's and U8's teams.

HAYDEN Touhey (assistant coach)

Hayden again has played football all his life, initially captaining St Judes and playing for Wigan School boys in his youth. At 16 he went open age playing for Goose Green Utd in the old division one Wigan and District league. Playing for other teams in the league he has won tiltles and every cup competition. He still plays in the Wigan Premiership today (even though the legs are slowing down). Over the last few years he has been pursuing his coaching badges. He has been involved with this Ashton team since it's inception.
